Bob is a labor and employment attorney with Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He provides day-to-day advice and counsel in all areas of labor and employment law , including employment discrimination, sexual and other forms of employee harassment, disability discrimination, age discrimination, reductions-in-force, policy and procedure development, wage and hour matters, and diversity initiatives. He was named in the International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers a publication identifying him as one of the leaders in the field of management labor and employment law, is a member of the College of Labor and Employment, has been named a NY SuperLawyer for the past 7 years. Bob has authored five books and published numerous articles covering all aspects of Human Resources and Employment Law. He is a member of the Graduate Faculty of St. Joseph’s College in NY and also teaches at Cornell University.
Bob believes in a just society free of human trafficking, violence, and other social injustices. Currently Bob provides pro-bono counsel for LifeWay Network as his part to support a world free from human trafficking. He stands in solidarity with women survivors worldwide.
